Two stars that made the whole day shine…
What a sublime wedding at Bullock Lake Farm, in the summer of 2023.
Michaela and Reid shared a tenderness and care for each other that showed up in so many ways on their wedding day. It was so sweet to watch them together! I think the photos share their gentleness and playfulness, as well as all the support and affection from their friends, family and community.
The details of the day were taken care of by Bullock lake wedding planner extraordinaire, Miranda Caterer. Every wedding I have done with her runs so smoothly! The flowers were grown on the farm, by Molly and Zack, and their arrangements, as usual, were complete works of art. Food was prepared by Haidee Hart. Whenever I hear that Haidee is preparing food at the wedding, I get excited for everyone. She sources local, seasonal ingredients, and prepares everything with utmost care. I am sharing two collections of images here, the first being some that feature Michaela and Reid, and then below that, I am posting a vaster narrative of the day.
This is the kind of day that I wish lasted quite a bit longer.
I was so happy to follow these two around and to witness their love for each other. I am not sure that I have ever made so many photos of kisses in one day!
