Nudes in Oaxaca

This was from a brief session with Paolo Carleo. He asked me if I had time to make some nude images in the last few days of my stay in Oaxaca. I had a session planned with a mutual friend, so we drove out of town to a secret location. When we arrived we were told we could not venture to the beautiful vista that I fell in love with on a visit a few years ago. I am sorry to say that stealth, and the desire to visit this location overrode my capacity to follow rules, and the 3 of us swiftly ascended for the last 20 minutes before sunset. Even though I only had 10 minutes to photograph Paolo, I love this little series. I asked him to focus on feeling the wind, and dancing with it. I love the poetic commitment he made to being completely present for the brief moments that we had to create.
Paolo is from Italy, and he presently resides in Oaxaca where he is a teacher of yoga.
